This is a well-established sports competitive game, and my team is responsible for launching and operating the Korean version. My primary responsibilities include:
Event Design
With a deep understanding of Korean players' gaming habits, I integrated local festivals into the event packaging to create a more immersive and culturally relatable experience.
Version Planning
Based on the pace at which players consume content, I set the update frequency to once a month to maintain a consistent and engaging experience. I also scheduled major events at the beginning of each month to maximise the reach of our content and activities to players because it is the peak time for Korean players in terms of activity and pay.
Data Analysis
Conducting weekly analysis of player activity and event participation, I adjusted event timing and reward distribution to cater to players with diverse goals and preferences.
