This is an online project with stable operations, where I serve as the Senior Game Designer and am primarily responsible for the following:
Event Design, System Expansion and Data Analysis
I developed over half of the event design documentation and led functionality expansions for existing systems aimed at maintaining stable online operations. With a strong understanding of previous designs by other team members, I effectively build on that foundation to further enhance the project.
Additionally, I analysed online data and player feedback to optimise system designs and balance values.
Assist in Project Management
I assisted the Project Manager in organising and coordinating tasks across departments, identifying critical milestones for each phase, and ensuring timely, high-quality project completion.
I also coordinated team resources to mitigate potential project risks related to time, scope, and budget.
I obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
